Yes, the gifting system is enabled. Just be sure to fill out their information instead of yours for the purchase.

Generally no i do not. However there are exceptions such as accidentally purchasing the same avi twice or purchasing the wrong variant, or the gifting system failing to work properly as it should. Keep in mind, it is soley up to my discretion so do not demand and do not harass me regarding it.

If there is any sort of transactional error and you download the files. You are immediately void of any consideration to a refund.

(Double check what you are purchasing and read the files before any downloading)

Other than the few case by case exceptions, refunds will be not be granted. It is your responsibility to understand what you are purchasing as a customer, if you are unsure, then always be sure to ask.

Its best to always use the most current up to date information when filling out store information.

If you are someone who buys licenses for multiple of my avis (including server free), then id highly recommend putting both usernames in the checkout fields on your next avi purchase

As far as commissions, it is not something I take into consideration for my work schedule or future planning. However if the price is right and the avi / texture is reasonable (does not require extreme amounts of work / not a lot of stress) and is something that I would find enjoyable to work on, I will consider it for when I am available. Taking on commission work is extremely irregular behavior for me, as I am very picky. The answer is not a definite no, but its not a yes either.

Yes, you are allowed to edit and make changes to the avi you have purchased, but only to certain extents.

- The avi cannot be heavily altered to the point of it being unrecognizable, as it will be seen as a form of asset mining. (this applies to commissioned edits as well)

- You cannot sell the edited avi.

- you cannot take credit of the entire avi as your creation, only take credit as it being an edit.

- No parts / textures of the avi are allowed to be taken off and used for other avis at all, whether it be for commercial or personal use. Even if you own licenses for the assets you MUST download them in their original form.

- If you are commissioning someone to edit the avi, both you and the commissioner MUST have licenses for the avi. (either you purchase it for the commissioner or they purchase it themselves.)

(If you are wanting to take on a commission edit of my avi, you must come to me to verify that they indeed have a legitimate license beforehand.)

Paid Avatars

- Yes, I offer uploads with no cost or fee at all. Just join the discord, fill out an upload ticket and ill upload it to your account for you after cross verification.

Server Free Avatars

- Yes, however my server free avis are all available within my public vrc world. If you wish to still have it uploaded to your account instead, there will be a $5 payable fee. (info on where to pay will be disclosed upon ticket submission)

(Paid avi uploads will always have upload priority before any others)

Yes ofc, i dont ask for or require you to credit me, but do not claim the avatar as something you yourself created. Stream credits are however very appreciated as a kind gesture

Some of the avatars i have in my world will be public versions of free / paid avis, and the ones available for download and purchase will have more features to them. So check the avatars i offer in my shop first.

In the circumstance the avatar is not for sale on my site, you must contact me via discord server ticket in order to have purchase arrangements sorted

(I do not have access to all avatars, some have been lost)

If the server invite link appears to be non-functional for you, its more than likely because youve been blacklisted from the server for partaking in misconduct and you are not welcomed within my community. Bans are indefinite. If however you feel that there has been some kind of mistake, then feel free to contact me via email.
